My first time at the IBC Main Branch and my experience totally exceeded my expectations. There was a few people there before me but the customer service representatives were working diligently to take care of others and get to next customer. I had the pleasure of having Stephanie help me. She was very professional and friendly. She addresses my concerns with a smile on her face and took care of my unauthorized charges. We are a new company starting out within the tax business, and we were not sure of where to go to open a bank account. Then we heard from word of mouth that IBC helps make it less stressful of opening an account. I am very thankful for the time and attention that the staff had given us, even though I was short for time. Will recommend to others.
Great customer service, and yes there was a bit of a wait time, but the bank representatives and tellers made sure to access our needs and were so helpful and thankful for that we entered the door. If you ever need help, ask Patricia Ledezma, Jessica, and Eva. 5/5 stars.
