LATELY I BEEN HATING THIS STUPID BANK & THEIR STUPID CALL CENTER SERVICE!!! ALL I NEED IS TO HEAR MY BALANCE & TRANSACTIONS!!! DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT JUST GO TO A CREDIT UNION!!! EVEN WELLS FARGO IS FAR BETTER!!! I JUST WANT TO SUE THEM!!! IM EMOTIONALLY DISTRESSED!!! IM DISABLED TOO!!!
I love the hospitality this bank offers. This IBC bank is the best in town. They make my mom feel welcomed, comfortable, and appreciated. I appreciate the patience and respect they give my mom, Mrs.Parra, every time she visits. Thank you IBC on central!
ATMs are old fashioned, it could not process my deposit and did not gave me the money back, and on top of that, it was not credited to the account. There was no one to help me at customer service until next business day. I needed to make a few payments and this was very inconvenient.. a nightmare!
This is the only bank I feel welcome and very appreciated. They are very patient and very professional at all times. They are super fast!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this bank over any other bank!!!!!! They are super friendly and helpful!!!!!
