Wow.. I don't like BS because I am grown man.. this employee need a better education about what they do..I am not sure they are sitting at their position.. IBC just loose $7000 business..trying to BS me.. I went TO BANK of AMERICA they earn my$ 7000 check from IRS.. Hopefully someone look in to it..otherwise loosing more business.. review telling more storie about this location where are the heading 👎

Worst customer service ever. I stopped three weeks ago at this branch to close my checking account. I was told that it was done after asking why I decided to close it. I got a courtesy call one week later asking how could they do better and they wanted to keep me, I replied that all I wanted was CLOSING MY ACCOUNT! I got a kind email today saying that I may incur an inactivity fee after 90 day without activity. They suggested to use my debit card which was destroyed the first time I tried to close the account. If you care about your finances, your business, family, yourself, and most importantly, your check. Don’t utilize IBC bank especially this location. Customer service; horrible. Manager; immensely unprofessional. I went to cash a check today, told them to deposit (because I have done it on weekends before and it is immediately accessible in my account) and told me I would have to wait 3 business days. Really bad customer service, have an account with them didnt want to cash me a check, basically told me to get out the bank
