I went to withdraw some mony 1600.00 Antonio stated I could only take 1500.00. At the Cashiers Antonia said I could only get 1000.00 in Hundreds the rest in diffrent bills so I only asked for 1000.00 in Hundreds at that time the superviser came by I asked him why I could only get 1500.00 and not 1600.00 he stated I could I asked him why not in 100.00 bills he said I could at that time the cashier spoke to him he than said i could only have 1000.00 in Hundreds due to income season. I have been a customer for many years never had they denied me service for my foreign id went on today to withdraw money Claudia was the teller and she denied me help and not only that she screamed that they only accept us ids unacceptable behavior will not come back to this branch
Staff are extremely unmotivated to help customers with there needs. While being the only customer in line and over 5 representative behind the counter none have the customer service skills to greet and apologize for the wait ect highly recommended you avoid this branch.
