I love going to this location, its a little hidden and the staff are always super nice and friendly!
Went to see her this weekend I had a free session so I really enjoyed her massage. I will recommend her.
NO (worst) customer service no professional skills. Just came out from this bank. The teller (a guy) was busy with a big transaction and a lady was at her desk, at the computer maybe working but also chatting, you can tell by her expressiones, with probably a coworker. I stood there for at least 10 minutes meanwhile the line was growing up to five customers still no communication from anyone. Finally another coworker came out from the office, (probably on break). The worst customer service I have ever experienced in a bank. This bank is ok if everything is fine, however, if you happen to have a fraudulent transaction, good luck having anything done. They forward you to a fraud prevention dept. Made 3 attempts to contact them . 1st time 20 mun, 2nd 30 min. Next day 2 hours still no response. Will discontinue accept once this is taken care of.
If it were possible to leave 0 stars I would. . I go in asking for change and am told that I can’t be asking for change from MY bank unless I have a business account. Good to know! Now I can take my business literally anywhere else.
