This branch is the worst customer service compare to other branches. Nobody gives you smile or greeting or asking is there anything else i can do for you! I don’t understand how they were trained. I am very pleased with other branches. I didn’t expect this is how they are. Hope you will improve your customer service.

Terrible and lazy customer service. Husband deposited cash through the ATM on Friday afternoon and later he saw that his account was overdrawn, we figured it was just going to take a few hours for the money to be available. Saturday morning the money still wasn't in his account so he called this location and the lady who answered said there was nothing she could do. He told her he still had his receipt to prove he deposited money but she just kept saying there was nothing she could do. Honestly we think she just didn't WANT ... read more

I applied for a secured personal loan for 90k. I used my 2.5 acre property valued at 120k as collateral. I have a 742 credit score, $9,500 in debt and make 70k a year plus another 1k a month from investments. My account reflects my income. I was denied the loan due to them not accepting land as collateral but instead stated they only accept cars, motorcycles and boats as collateral. I usually use the IBC inside the Walmart because it is more convenient for me and the customer service is superb. Consequently, the one time I did use the IBC location on Closner , I had a bad experience 2 yrs ago. Nonetheless, I had to use the location once again due to the area I was going too... hoping that it had been a one time thing previously. Jacklyn had no customers and couldn't be bothered to fill out a deposit slip for me. After I had already sent a sticky note with all the information so it could be faster. On top of that couldn't even send me a pen....
