Me and my hubbie stopped by on 10/24 around 3 to cash our insurance check and the teller Victoria was extremely rude at the drive thru. She cut off the speaker and walked off while he was asking question and called him stupid for trying to cash an insurance check. She could have told us why we can’t cash an insurance check instead of calling him stupid for not knowing. She had an attitude the whole time and this aint the first time. If you don’t like your job find a better one!!!!

Disorganized, dishonest, liars, scams galore. This is not a trustworthy business. I would not know where to begin to write out all the problems I've had with IBC over the last year. But my full complaints will be sent to the State's Attorney, FDIC, BBB, and more. For the sake of time, just please do yourself a favor and consider anyone else. Don't trust these scammers and liars.

Location is usually badly understaffed. I came by to make a withdrawal before they closed and was turned away because it was 5 minutes before closing time. I understand understaffing is an issue usually not brought on by the employees. However, bad service and long wait times are really making me consider banking elsewhere.
