I came in with a close friend that’s hard of hearing to assist them. Cynthia was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. She answered all my questions clearly and efficiently and I left feeling satisfied with IBC, as well as taken care of. Jessie was also so sweet and welcoming. Both Cynthia and Jessie were professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. If I lived closer I would definitely bank here.
I have been an IBC customer since the were LOCAL Federal. This bank is now horrible!!! They close their drive thru early, they always hassle me when I use my military ID and when their investment officer contacted us to invest our money she "threw" the names of my neighbors that had "lots" of their money invested with them. Privacy issue there!!!! I will be closing my account.
STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service and lack of staff at the branch. It's always a hassle when I have to come in here.
Don't go here for banking. Every darn charge I make gets denied because the card is blocked by the bank. We are talking about normal grocery purchases at Walmart, 4-5 times a month. So then I spend an hour trying to get it fixed on the phone. No wonder they have 1.8 - 2.7 stars. Do they not use analytics to see your common transactions? Terrible customer service. My husband sent a cashier’s check to purchase a car from his credit union to be deposited at IBC Bank Duncan. They told the seller they called the credit union and that my husband did not have an account at credit union. #1 This was a cashier’s check issued from the credit union. #2 He has been a member and account holder for 15 years. # 3 We only have two other car notes, a house mortgage, plus a new home equity loan with the credit union.
