I came in with a close friend that’s hard of hearing to assist them. Cynthia was incredibly kind and helpful from the moment we walked in. She answered all my questions clearly and efficiently and I left feeling satisfied with IBC, as well as taken care of. Jessie was also so sweet and welcoming. Both Cynthia and Jessie were professional, courteous, and genuinely kind. If I lived closer I would definitely bank here.

Don't go here for banking. Every darn charge I make gets denied because the card is blocked by the bank. We are talking about normal grocery purchases at Walmart, 4-5 times a month. So then I spend an hour trying to get it fixed on the phone. No wonder they have 1.8 - 2.7 stars. Do they not use analytics to see your common transactions? I have been an IBC customer since the were LOCAL Federal. This bank is now horrible!!! They close their drive thru early, they always hassle me when I use my military ID and when their investment officer contacted us to invest our money she "threw" the names of my neighbors that had "lots" of their money invested with them. Privacy issue there!!!! I will be closing my account.

I had some negative items on my account that was due to fraud. The workers in there took care of it all. In less than a week I got all of my money back. I love this bank. Will refer everyone I know to them.

I swear this is the slowest bank I have ever had to deal with. We use it for the company I work at and I literally wait over 20 minutes every time I come to get change for our store even when I am the ONLY one in the drive thru. GRRRR
