Had 4 employees there and only 1 working. been waiting for 20 minutes inside. where's the service at? Not very considerate on customers time. someone else mentioned they are on lunch at 3:50 pm? shit they get off at 5 pm. what a waste of time management! who is the manager ?no control of their workers and bad customer service!!! negative -10 stars if possible.
Not able to do withdrawals from the drive through. Weren't able to work with my broken debit card in the drive through. Extremely slow service. They won't unlock the door to the lobby if you have a hat or hoodie. I've always had problems with them. Moving my business elsewhere! On to better things!
WORST LOCATION EVER. Somehow, my zip code was changed on our joint account. Called this location to change it back and spoke with the manager, Robert. He told me 'I have no idea how that happened. I can give you a phone number that isn't associated with IBC, and might not be helpful.' Then why would I call a number that has nothing to do with IBC and might not be helpful? I never write reviews but after this experience I feel the need to. It was 5:01 pm when I tried to walk in and the door was locked, the workers were still in there. I completely understand it closes at 5 but I thought I would give it a shot, now what I found extremely rude and upsetting is as I looked up from tugging on the door the workers inside laughed! This is seriously the Worst bank ever.They are so slow, today is the 5th time it took 8 min for them to even acknowledge i was even in the drive thru. This is ridiculous i have been banking with IBC for almost 10 yrs and i don't even know why im still with them. I just need to cash a check today and it has been 20 minutes now and im pretty sure the girl hasnt processed it still, the car next to me hasn't been acknowledged.
