Takes long, not enough employees. The wait is long. My mom passed away this year and since I was on hers and my daughters account. I was only added to just go do their business for them when they couldn't. I had to pay my mom's negative amount because social security took her monthly check back and it made my moms bank account in the negative because her bills came through.
