Worst experience the manager has a bad attitude and she is not very helpful, unprofessional for a "manager" my husband was asking her a question and she got really frustrated she started raising her voice at my husband and everybody was looking how embarrassing wow !! IBC corporate should get her attention soon it looks bad on IBC bank. She does not have no manners she's very ghetto and IBC should look in to getting a new manager that is helpful and humble, has good communication , greeting your customers ......
Terrible service,the lady on the phone on the 10 street location just hang up on me...
iBC has changed a lot, employees are not as inviting, and just don't make u feel welcome. Well I guess this is IBC's image now. Take 30 minuts to attend you outside and don't bother to look and see what it is you need before telling you after waiting so long that u need to get off and go inside. And they don't even apologize the shrug it off like oh well another one bites the dust, next. No wonder business looks slow. Well I'll take my business else where.
I had concerns about my account and how to get help with them...the bank's staff right away asked me if I needed help and that was it !...with in a minute I was getting the help/advice I was looking for and the knowledge that I was hoping for...on top of a very courteous manner from the person I was talking to...I left the bank feeling relieved and satisfied with the treatment that I experienced. Thank you IBC.
Worst service. The tellers are slow and have bad customer service; they do not greet the customer and they don’t thank them after a transaction either. Should not have to wait for over 20 minutes for a simple transaction.
