I had a disappointing experience at this branch on 12/24/24 with a teller named Bianca. After making a deposit I sat in the waiting area to wait for my ride, and I recorded a personal video of myself. Bianca informed me that recording was not allowed, so I immediately stopped once I was informed of the rule, then she asked, “Would you like to step outside?”—which I understood as a choice. The tellers are so rude especially in the mornings they don’t even bother to say good morning. They make you wait extended amount of time while they chit chat with each other, then they get bothered when you ask if your transaction is done. They have no professionalism.

The staff at the bank were very attentive and tried very hard to remedy my situation but the problem lies elsewhere. Despite this being the 3rd attempt, I cannot get an answer as to why payments (mortgage, malpractice ins., etc.) are being reversed after 10 days.

6 people working and no one could help me get my statements . Bc they couldn't just one clerk that was already helping others out. Waited a good 30 minutes and nothing while the other tellers were laughing smhif joking around.

Excellent bank, they treat everyone the same. Great customer service and always reliable!
