IBC Bank legal team sucks!! My 96 year old mother has an IBC Bank Account for the past 25 years; we recently got a new POA to handle my mothers financials at IBC Bank. The new POA documents were submitted to IBC Bank with signatures for the new POA and the paperwork was taken to IBC bank for the legal team to review my mothers signature. The service here varies from being there a few minutes to being there for a while. I would recommend going through the drive through because they have more lanes. One time I had a bad experience with a teller who refused to fill out my form after I had given her my information. Then again you can not judge a business by one bad experience or one bad employee, because there will be employees who try harder than others.
Worst bank ever I had a cd loan that I had a 1yr term to pay off nd they took my money only returned to me what I had paid on it already. Contract said I had a full year to pay off the cd loan nd they didn’t respect that they have worst customer service nd the manager is never there to help out with anything.
Excellent service, all of the employees are really attentive and respectful.
Worst service. A lot of employees but just one person attending. Really slow employees.
