I recently had a frustrating experience at IBC branch located inside the penitas Walmart, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding the branch manager's handling of the situation. I had a check i needed to deposit and have available for today the lady said it would be available and I never saw it show up in the bank app so I called the ibc bank voice and the lady said it wouldn't be available til Wednesday. If I would have known I would have just cashed it somewhere else now my bills are gonna be late. Thank you lady who lied to me. I've been with this bank for years and never had problems until now.
This bank discriminate those who have DACA like if we are not allowed to have a bank account!. My money is 100% clean. I don't recommend this bank. Which it has a option of 0 Stars.
