Worst customer service ever!! “I pulled up to the drive-thru and pressed the service button, but no one greeted me for over 5 minutes. I had to drive back around and press it twice before anyone even sent a deposit slip—without a single ‘I’ll be right with you.’ Then I waited another 20 minutes while the teller helped someone inside, and I’m still waiting with no acknowledgment. I understand it can get busy, but some communication would make a big difference.”

I came in with a problem that they said they could absolutely help with, got my business and dropped responsibility immediately. Told me to call 800 numbers. Took $5000 for a secured credit card and just kept it for 3 weeks with no updates. I finally went in and closed everything. They are running a bank with ZERO managers, must make phone calls to ask permission from managers at other branches to gain access to cash if they don't have it in their drawers. Worst bank ever stay away far away!!! They take weeks to clear checks from my fathers account then when they do they double withdraw the check “by accident” leaving his bank account $9000 plus in the negative. They offer little offer little sympathy and say it will take days to correct even though they admit fault. He is a disabled veteran and now is penny less. They need to be investigated and shut down.

This is the worst bank that I have ever used in my 84 years. I am moving my account elsewhere as soon as I can find another bank. There was one customer in the bank and I was in the motor bank area in a big hurry. I waited and waited. I buzzed the buzzer until someone came to me. They said I had to wait my turn. There was only one customer in the bank. The motor bank was ignored. I had a care giver for my invalid wife waiting to be paid. I am so mad. Don't bank with them. If your inactive they will close your account, they take 4-5 days to clear any payroll check etc. They will not cash payroll checks etc, unless you already have the equal amount of money in your account. So even if you have a checking and need to cash a payroll check of $500 if you only have $200 they won't cash it. Or just give you $200 because that's all you have in your account and have to wait 3-4 days for the rest when Walmart can cash it with 5 min .SMH
