Awful if you actually need to use the ATM it is broken more often than working. They cannot even seem to fix my name after I got married. They still have to look it up under my maiden name, even though I have been married for 7 years.

Customer service is great in the lobby but unfortunately customer service doesn’t make my deposits available when expected to pay my bills. Not a fan on how they handle mobile deposits. Transparency on the how and when the mobile deposits will be processed and/or are available is completely lacking until it’s too late and they have it on a hold. Led to believe that it would be available in 4 days until I get an email saying 7 days until it is available. Good thing I can call my bills that are due and explain to them, oh wait... read more

I'm from Texas the bank hours and service is wonderful. Bank at Claremore has good service but is very slow. They have plenty employees on desks but not much tellers. Sometimes tellers seem not to know what they are doing. Manager pay more attention to time.

I love this branch and bank. I have been to a few IBC locations and this is by far my favorite. I’m always greeted when I walk in and they are all very helpful. If I ever have questions they are always great to answer whether in the branch or over the phone.
