I wasn’t going to leave a review due to this was her first time completing a transaction for an IRA, but they opened at 9:16 instead of 9 am. I was second one to assist. She said I had to go to the teller, nope. I’ve done this before at other locations. She called someone else over the phone for assistance then called someone else that had to send her the form that I told her needed to be fill out for me to make the transaction and then I take my slip to the teller. Never had an issue until a teller did not do their job properly. My elderly mother did a withdrawal. The teller gave my elderly mother more than the withdraw amount. Then I got a call from the teller who made the error telling me to tell my elderly mom to return the extra money or they will take it out of my elderly mother's account. I keep saying elderly because she got a ride to this location. She cannont drive and now is tasked with correcting an employee's error. So glad one opened up close to where we live. Excellent staff, they are always polite,.pleasant, efficient and friendly, I could not be more pleased and impressed by the excellent service I received from Mr. Xavier Vazquez. Ibc has got to be the worse bank in Texas. They bubbled my tax return check then the ATM ate $122 and put me In a financial bind that I had to go through cause the bank wouldn't help me at all and it is just $122. So I say that to say this ibc isn't ready to deal with day to day issues so they sure aren't ready to just deal with anybodies money cause day to day issues happen everyday...They need to update their procedures...

I have not had a problem with this particular location but my overall banking experience is horrible! I rented a car on 3/5/17 using my debit card, I returned the car 3/6/17 and paid cash. IBC still has a hold on my funds, said its their policy to hold the funds for 15 days for rental cars and uhauls, I have been needing my money for diabetes medicine and no one has been compassionate enough to release my funds. I will be closing my account asap and I am warning everyone NOT to trust this banks services. You could die waiti... read more
