I've run into nothing but issues with this bank. Phone calls not returned, had an employee hang up on me and told me "you can just walk into a bank to fix it".. click. 😱. Issues with a deposit on a check. Issues with the card control app and unknown charges when all this was brought to their attention there was ZERO concern, like literally ZERO CONCERN I've asked to talk to a head manager and was told last week and this week "no". I love the BA branch, Audra, Gracyn, and Archir the tellers are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Akshi and Hailie on the sales know all of their product details and are super inviting. It’s a wonderful bank and the best staff!!!

Even though the hours are not the best compared to other banks and compared to what the hours used to prior before COVID, the pros outweigh the cons. The great robust online banking system and the ATM makes up for the hours. I love being able to scan checks at home in the app and I love being able to use my biometric on my phone to open up the app. The only time i would need to go to this bank is to deposit cash which is not often.

I've been visiting this location for a LONG time now and I can safely say this is my favorite branch of IBC. Everyone is super helpful, kind, and understanding when issues arise.

I highly recommend IBC Bank on Elm in Broken Arrow. Every staff member there is extremely friendly and very helpful. Teri Jackson the manager is amazing! Past Banks I have been with do not even come close to comparing to IBC on Elm!
