I've been visiting this location for a LONG time now and I can safely say this is my favorite branch of IBC. Everyone is super helpful, kind, and understanding when issues arise.

Poorly ran place and always takes far longer than it should to simply cash a check that is issued from this bank. Pulled in at 1227 and left at 1258. Unbelievable

Even though the hours are not the best compared to other banks and compared to what the hours used to prior before COVID, the pros outweigh the cons. The great robust online banking system and the ATM makes up for the hours. I love being able to scan checks at home in the app and I love being able to use my biometric on my phone to open up the app. The only time i would need to go to this bank is to deposit cash which is not often.

The staff are friendly, however if you are depositing a check do it at the ATM or through mobile deposit. I tried depositing a check at the teller yesterday and told me they couldn't deposit it because they say the signature on the check is improper. I've gotten those kind of checks before and never had a problem with them. Nobody else has said anything about the signature.

I highly recommend IBC Bank on Elm in Broken Arrow. Every staff member there is extremely friendly and very helpful. Teri Jackson the manager is amazing! Past Banks I have been with do not even come close to comparing to IBC on Elm!
