Does anyone reply to any of the reviews? It seems like no one from corporate even cares about what people think. You can also notice their poor customer service by the appearance of their atm. The key pad has greasy dirt all over keypad and the screen is also dirty. Atm is need of an upgrade, no tap feature. I guess branch managers have no pride for where they work as long as they get paid. That's probably why their staff have so many complaints about lack customer service. No problems I have ever experienced great customer service very friendly soon as you walk in the door !

This bank has to be the worst with customer service and availability. You can never seem to speak with a customer service representative and their employees are the worst with customer interaction. While I was in the bank they were too busy with talking about non related work things such as the night before and plans for after work. Customers were waiting and employees were grouped together laughing. Very unprofessional establishment.

Drive thru needs to be open by 8 a.m. for personal. For commercial, 7:30 a.m. People need to get to work and get to their businesses.

Waited half an hour for my deposit for where I work to be processed. They told me it would be ten extra minutes. Worst bank ever. Take you're business elsewhere
