Hotel is great, service is great. I like the Villa rooms and the pool especially. Recommend getting the rate with Club access. All the chefs are good, but Chef G nailed it for the evening reception and he is super cool.

I’m currently staying at this hotel and as I was getting ready this morning (9 AM) someone walked into my room (no knock) and I yelled “hello?!” and they walked out. I ran over to the door and opened it to see who it was, it was the head housekeeper. It’s bizarre to me that you would not knock on the door before opening it, especially when checkout is at noon and it was only 9 AM! Over the pass 6 years of staying at this location it has been going down hill from the new staff just not caring to the up keep of the rooms it’s self. Also have been charged plenty of fees that are incorrect must watch your financial bill. I’m not one to leave negative reviews but as a business owner I kno the importance of fead back. Over the years I’ve always complemented the staff or left great reviews on the hotel and its amenities, but this one was well deserved !!!

I love the hospitality and the smiles that greet me at Villa Christina each time I come in from out of town. Everything is clean and well presented and the bar is one of the most fun atmospheres I've been around in a long time. Was at the bar during the snow shutdown and everyone was happy to be around each other even with the challenging situation. Mick and Keeko kept the atmosphere at a fun level and took care of the patrons well. Hopefully this location keeps this staff around and employs more like the small family there.... read more

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and while the accommodations were generally fine, I had an unsettling experience that left a lasting impression. On my first day, I returned to my room to find my bag missing and my key no longer working. After spending hours searching, speaking with staff, and dealing with the stress of what appeared to be a theft, the manager confirmed the next day that the cleaning staff had taken my bag.
