Our stay at the Lowline Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish! It recently just opened and The staff was truly some of the most amazing and welcoming people we’ve ever encountered on a trip. They went above and beyond in every way and made us feel so special throughout our entire stay. The lunch here was also SO delicious — definitely a highlight and something we would happily come back for! We mentioned to the staff that we were staying here to celebrate our birthdays, and within an hour, they surprised us... read more

This property is essentially a retrofitted, fancier Hyatt House. The rooms are attractive, and the staff—especially Cris—are very nice, professional, and accommodating. However, the amenities, such as the pool and gym, are disappointing. The location is excellent, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and a less touristy atmosphere. The price is definitely higher than the quality of the hotel justifies. Basic amenities like laundry bags and slippers are missing, and the bathrooms are underwhelming.

Didn’t stay here and just stopped in for a pre dinner drink that extended into dinner and a couple cocktails. Looks like the place just opened or is under new management. The staff is extremely welcoming and enthusiastic and were a lot of fun to interact with. The food is spot on- I ordered chicken and red rice- and their wine list is moderately priced but high quality bottles. I had a lot of fun just hanging out here and would definitely recommend it for a get together or party. Thanks for the good time, guys!

I would not recommend this hotel based on how they handled a very simple customer service issue. Our reservation through Agoda clearly included breakfast, but the hotel did not honor it. Instead, we were told that breakfast was only available at their café, and our family ended up paying an additional $96. We immediately raised the issue at the front desk. Ms. Lateisha said she would speak with her manager after we showed our Agoda confirmation stating that breakfast was included. Unfortunately, no one ever followed up wit... read more

Nice hotel in a great central location. Rooms are fine. Front desk was very friendly at check in. I would stay here again. I booked last minute and as a Globalist they were all apologies that there was not a room upgrade available. I did not expect one but it was very nice for the to acknowledge it. Only negative is the elevators in the morning around 9 am were very busy and slow. Ended up taking the stairs after waiting for about 10 mins and all 3 times elevator stopped you couldn’t fit another person in the elev... read more
