Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating! Sheena at front desk took time to ask how we were and our drive, took time to have a conversation with our kids. Very personable and welcoming. Had a small hiccup with our room, She immediately resolved it, apologized a million times and housekeeping manager actually called us first thing in the morning and asked to apologize in person though we told her it really wasn't a big deal, we're all human etc. Everyone here was above and beyond in attitude, service, professionalism an... read more
We stayed on Thursday 3/27/25 and it was wonderful! The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating making check in a breeze. The room was clean, a nice size and well maintained. This will be our choice in hotels for our next visit!!
Five star experience on our trip to Charleston. We stay all over the United States, in fancy hotels and in hotels that are nice but more budget friendly like the Hyatt. I have the Hyatt credit card and used five free nights at this hotel and it was wonderful. Pretty brand new hotel, lots of areas to work & eat free breakfast in the morning. Very clean & kind service staff. Great place right in the heart of Charleston. We intend to come back!
Right at the edge of the downtown area. It’s super nice and the service is amazing. It was quiet and the temperature was perfect. The gym was large for a hotel and there’s even a pool to be use. And there’s a rooftop which is pretty sweet
I had made a reservation 5 weeks in advance for a birthday celebration girls trip. On reaching the hotel, they could not find my reservation. It was made via Expedia. I was asked to call Expedia to find out why. I called up Hyatt central number and they said the reservation was cancelled on the day of checking by the hotel. My girlfriends and I had travelled 5.5 hrs from a different state after a week of work. We reached at 9 pm and were ready to check in and go eat.
