The hotel offers a peaceful and relaxing environment from the moment you walk in, the concierge/front desk was really nice. The facilities are well maintained, and both the room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was a very disappointing experience. Check-in was delayed for 2 hours without any explanation, and the room I received was not the one I had booked. The sofa in the room was torn and poorly patched with another fabric. There was also constant noise coming from behind the wall that disturbed my sleep. As a Hyatt Hotel Card Member and a loyal customer that typically only stays at Hyatt’s, I can’t say this one stood up to the standards I have for Hyatt Hotels. The room itself was fine, but it was everything else. I wanted to add, I booked directly with Hyatt, not a 3rd party site. It started with check in. Check in was at 4pm. Nice hotel in a great central location. Rooms are fine. Front desk was very friendly at check in. I would stay here again. I booked last minute and as a Globalist they were all apologies that there was not a room upgrade available. I did not expect one but it was very nice for the to acknowledge it. Only negative is the elevators in the morning around 9 am were very busy and slow. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was below expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed a towel in our room had what appeared to be an old bloodstain. I chose to overlook that, hoping it was an isolated oversight. Unfortunately, that was not all. The bathroom, already quite small, had a severely clogged sink. Simply brushing our teeth or washing our hands caused it to fill and overflow, making it nearly unusable.
