Conveniently located in Frisco. Plenty of food options around. Comfortable rooms, pillows are a little too soft. Also I did hear a dog barking around 1am which was odd. But the hotel itself was quiet, clean, staff was very nice. I used the gym and it served my quick workout needs and had a great omelet made to order and plenty of choices for breakfast. Wish they kept the coffee out beyond breakfast. All in all a good solid hotel for business travel.
Aside from the assistant manager, Dave, this place is a miss and by no means luxury. Checked in today from Boston for a birthday girls trip. This was my only concern, other than this it the rooms are little old but still clean, they have good hot breakfast everyday. Also this hotel is at a prim... read more
I've stayed at this hotel now on about 4-5 separate occasions in the past several years and I think it's a solid, go-to place if you are passing through Frisco or spending some extended time there. The location is excellent (very close to the freeway) and it's an all-purpose type of hotel with a gym, laundry, pool, business area with computers and a printer, snack area, nice lounge and bar area downstairs. There is a very good free breakfast also where you can have a custom made omelette. It's pet-friendly, has plenty of par... read more
Hyatt house in name only. Rooms are smaller than a hyatt place, with no long term stay capability. It’s in a nice location but feels like an old hotel with an exterior paint job in need of updates and a rebrand to hyatt place.
