Stayed here for a business trip and it was great- bathrooms are updated and the king sized bed is comfy. Theres a small gym and indoor pool. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The free breakfast has good options. Even their coffee was way above average for hotel coffee. Only downside is having to pay for parking is annoying - I wish it was included. I would also like to have an outside area to hang out in to get out of the room

Great stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco. The service was consistently warm and attentive, and the overall experience felt very well managed. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the omelette bar. Miguel at the omelette station is outstanding. The omelette was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly to order. It is not easy to find this level of quality at most hotels. Would definitely stay again.

Gabriel at the front desk is a great resource for this hotel. He's very knowledgeable, very friendly and delivers 5 star, great customer service. I hope he gets a raise soon as well as a promotion. The hotel is modern, clean and well laid out. The free breakfast was wonderful. The location is great too. However, this hotel charges for parking. My problem is it isn't stated anywhere when making a reservation using the Hyatt app and I didn't find out until I checked in. I understand why they charge for parking, BUT it should ... read more

We booked this hotel because of its great location near shops and restaurants, and because Hyatt properties are usually reliable. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Check-in set the tone immediately. The front desk lady was short, snappy, and visibly annoyed with every guest. Her attitude was more performative than welcoming, and it was incredibly off-putting. We were very disappointed in the room. Expected so much more when paying $300 a night. The room was way outdated and dirty. Stains all over the blinds, duck tape on the counter, cabinets full of crumbs and dirt. The bedroom was so small, looks like a dorm room. Renovations are being done but I only saw painting, this place needs way more than a paint job. Please don’t waste your money.
