Clean, Comfortable & Couldn't Ask for More! Hyatt House Frisco is in a great area with easy access to everything. Our room was clean, quiet, and well laid out — with a comfortable sofa seating area and a dedicated desk space, it felt more like a suite than a standard hotel room. The bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, and the finishes felt updated and fresh. But what really stood out was how clean everything was. Top to bottom, it was spotless. Simple as that — we couldn't ask for more. Would absolutely stay again!

Stayed here for work and the location was perfect. Arrived and checked in to some excellent service that went above and beyond to take care of me after riding through a hailstorm to get here. I didn't get to see him later in the week, but thank you to whoever checked me in! The hotel was quiet earlier in the week, but started to fill up as the week progressed. Though it didn't seemed packed. Parking was available, breakfast started the day right, and the rooms were peaceful.

Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. Its always disappointing when a stay is anything but perfect but a staff that doesnt hesitate to make it right is worth its weight in gold. Highly recommend the Hyatt and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Hotel is decent and service is good. The biggest turnoff is the hotel third partied the parking to an extremely aggressive parking company. Please make sure you check the signage as this is a pay to park hotel. Oddly enough, across the street is the flagship Hyatt Regency that has free parking. If you do not pay through the app, YOU WILL RECEIVE A TICKET. They scan the parking lot with a remote camera and provide that picture with a citation.
