Gabriel at the front desk is a great resource for this hotel. He's very knowledgeable, very friendly and delivers 5 star, great customer service. I hope he gets a raise soon as well as a promotion. The hotel is modern, clean and well laid out. The free breakfast was wonderful. The location is great too. However, this hotel charges for parking. My problem is it isn't stated anywhere when making a reservation using the Hyatt app and I didn't find out until I checked in. I understand why they charge for parking, BUT it should ... read more

We booked this hotel because of its great location near shops and restaurants, and because Hyatt properties are usually reliable. Unfortunately, this stay was a huge disappointment from start to finish. Check-in set the tone immediately. The front desk lady was short, snappy, and visibly annoyed with every guest. I had a really good stay at Hyatt House Dallas/Frisco. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome—they even offered me a bottle of water at check-in, which was a nice touch. The room was very nice, smelled fresh, and seemed clean. The bed was comfortable, and despite being close to the elevator, I didn’t experience much noise at all. I travel to Frisco often, and this is my second stay at Hyatt House. The experience has been consistently excellent. The property is clean, the staff are professional and genuinely friendly, and check-in was quick and seamless. David was so friendly. I even had no issues with my early check-in request, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a great place to stay—reliable, comfortable, and well-managed.

Nice Hotel. However, please train Gabriel on phone etiquette and proper customer service. Hotel management, please understand that guest read google reviews. Address the issues! ***Make sure that phones are working in the rooms *** Use stain remover on carpets!! Clean rooms thoroughly. This is a Hyatt Brand. Guest expect a top tier experience.
