My wife and I had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Centric The Woodlands (presidential suite)! The room was large, modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable (except for the wierd couch). The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. Zero issues checking in, out, with the rooms, cleanliness, etc. Extremely silly that bottled water in the room is free for elite members, what a line in the sand. Beds suffer from sunk hotel bed syndrome, but I find this extremely common. Still, a comfortable stay in a nice area. 5th floor corner room facing the Starbucks had a nice view. Bar area looked nice, didn’t get a chance.

Location great, but.. Check-in trainee (that's perfectly fine) but we stayed on a fairly slow night and request a quiet room away from elevator & vending. Got a room just off the elevator & next to ice machine...but they threw in a great view of a parking lot with a large glowing "H-E-B" store sign. All forgivable oversights, but we booked and mentioned an anniversary stay (39th) and no acknowledgement on check-in or out. Tried some food from The Hyatt hotel today. It was okay- Wish they had more of a restaurant dine in experience with a bigger menu. BUT, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful!

Dallas at the front desk is an excellent host. I was greeted with a huge smile and hello. After getting instructions to the room my digital key did not work properly. Upon returning to the front desk Dallas handled it with perfection and another huge smile. Thanks Dallas!
