We had a terrific stay here! All of the staff are amazing, from the front desk to the valet/doormen. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean. Location very close to the trails along the waterway and across the parking lot from HEB, which is really convenient. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The free parking adjacent to the hotel is a little scarce so you may end up at the back of the HEB parking lot. No big deal, just somewhat unusual. We would gladly return!
It was clean and staff was professional. However I expected a bit more for a 4 star hotel. We spent our wedding weekend here as it was close to our venue. I expected 2 robes not one and slippers. We stayed in the 1 bedroom junior sweet. Overall the stay was ok. The area where the hotel is located is a prime spot for high-end shopping and eating 😉. Perfect for us ladies who want to splurge.
The Mother's day buffet was outstanding. Several different and unique salmon entres. It was prepared by a chef that truly loves his job and has a True Gift to give customers food that tastes so good you are not able to resist. The desserts were the best ever and I tried several . Hyatt Centric, Woodlands will be my choice for the next holiday buffet. They also had a singer and gave each Mom a rose. The buffet had a large variety of food and desserts. Incredible time, love that they have a hot tub. Espresso martinis at the bar are incredible. Bartenders and staff in general are super accommodating for any wish you might have (no diddy) Will definitely be back many times over, great location for shopping and eating. Perfect ambiance for a great family time
