If you set your expectations based on a 3-star hotel as advertised, you’ll be happy. The good: * Location is excellent. It is close to the fairy and a 12 minute walk to down town Main Street. * Numerous restaurants near by (walking distance) * Nice fire pit, pool, hot tub, and other amenities. * Mattress was comfortable. * Shower had plenty of pressure and hot water. * Coffee machine in front lobby (pods) produced some good coffee. * Staff was friendly. Opportunity for improvement: * Pillows varied in fullness but they wer... read more

The Hyannis Harbor Hotel is an excellent choice for anyone visiting Cape Cod. It’s very well located, right across from the harbor, making it easy to access the ferries, restaurants, shops, and all the main attractions in Hyannis. You can walk everywhere, which makes the stay even more enjoyable and convenient. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds and a relaxing atmosphere. The entire property is well maintained, with modern decor and thoughtful details that make you feel at home. The pool and loun... read more

We stayed in early October, hot tub, and pools were already closed. Our room was in the older hotel and faced the kitchen/parking lot. We didn't care about the view. They only had the fire pits on on the weekends. Location is great if you plan to take the Ferries to Martha's or Nantucket. Purchase tickets ahead as they do sell out early even during off season. They have a Keurig coffee machine in the front hotel area. Also had sugar and creamer, ONLY complaint about the coffee is that they need the little cup holders... read more

We drove in late at night having just landed in Boston. We had no idea what to expect. The hotel was directly across from the Hyline Ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vinyard. We ate breakfast at The Landing, a cafe across the street, before boarding the ferry to Nantucket. The hotel was clean and quiet. We had a nice balcony that we could have used if we had gotten there earlier. If you like pubs/taverns, there is a pub down the street, 19th Hole Tavern that I recommend. CASH ONLY. The bartender, Bob, was great. Drinks were ... read more

Room was very dirty, hotel staff were nice. Location of hotel is really close to beaches, Main Street was so neat, probably the only good thing this hotel has. Pool and hot tub close early. Definitely wouldn’t stay again rather stay at comfort inn or holiday in. Hopefully the hotel company addresses the dirty room and fixes the bathroom. Would have told hotel staff but they would have just offered another room when in hindsight I would have rather got a full refund and went to a different hotel. Not worth the $256 + fee.
