Excellent hotel, very clean and comfortable. Pool was nice as well as the lifeguard who provided flotation objects to help me in the water. Front desk very helpful making sure the inside pool's lift was working and very flexible in allowing us check in early and check out an hour later. All staff very pleasant and friendly However, accessible bathroom needs to have hand bar in the back wall of the shower stall and chair facing the shower. Overall, very good hotel. We were pleased!

Our room was great Very modern Clean It’s a big hotel Very convenient to all the restaurants, bars, shops And of course the ferry We did not have to worry about getting to ferry early,pay for parking,drive out . it was great Only thing I did not like was the parking lot,the spaces are so small it’s ridiculous. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay here! The hotel grounds and the pool are beautifully maintained and very clean. Our room was absolutely gorgeous, modern, and spotless, and most of the staff members we encountered were incredibly nice and attentive. There were just a few communication and service issues that held it back from a perfect stay. The front desk phone line was constantly busy. The 3 star overall because of parking.The parking was not good, when we parked evenly between the lines and other cars were also parked correctly, we could barely get out of the car and we are small people. The room was advertised as floor to ceiling windows with a Juliette balcony, however, there was a sliding glass door with a sidewalk outside that door, no floor to ceiling as advertised. The room itself was nice, clean and the hotel was in a nice location.

I booked a "Two Queens - Harborside Tower" room for two nights at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel in August. The selling point, according to the description was, "floor to ceiling windows with Juliette balconies," and that it was located across from the harbor. When we arrived--over 4 months after booking--this is the room we were given (see pictures).
