We went on a rainy weekend there. Staffs are all friendly. The indoor pool was OK. The jacuzzi heater was not working that day, the water was cold. The place could have been better as well with breakfast included or room service options. We had a great stay overall for our price package.

This place is horrible as far as customer service goes. When we booked a month ago, we were told that we could bring our trailer and it would be ok to park. We have one truck and one trailer and we rented 2 rooms. We should be allowed 2 spaces at 1 per room but they would rather us take up 4 spaces at the other location. When we arrived we were told that no trailers were allowed so we had to park a block away at another hotel they own that is not manned. I came with my family and we had a great time. The rooms were very spacious and super clean. The staff was very friendly and the Location is perfect, it’s close to everything. Walking distance to the Beach, stores, restaurants, etc. we will definitely coming back for the summer. I will recommend this Hotel 100%

The hotel itself is really nice and in a great location however, the customer service gets a zero. We checked in for a 2 night stay after booking and paying online. Then they said they needed to charge me $180 for amenities of which $100 I would get back. Front desk workers were rude and cold. Its been over a week and still no refund. The second night we drove around for almost an hour to look for parking. Thats what the $80 is for though? Good location, plenty of restaurants within walking/biking distance. Room was perfect size for solo traveler. If you want to go to any of the islands the ferry is directly across the street. Complimentary gated parking. Wifi was great, best I've had at a hotel. Room seemed to have its own access point. Large walk in shower in bathoom. Overall great value for what you got.
