I went in with medium to low expectations due to the reviews. That being said, I can only speak on the front desk lobby, the room, and parking lot. This hotel exceeded expectation in both the room and service. People at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Buildings were fairly modern and updated with a cute nautical theme. My room was clean, with an incredibly comfy bed. The bathroom was modern and roomy. The parking lot felt very safe. I think this is an excellent stay especially considering the price.

Just a walk across the street from the Hy-line terminal and central to many shops and fabulous restaurants. Main Street is a short walk with many shops, restaurants, and museums. Easy to make a fun filled day, or base to jump on the ferry and island hop.

Do NOT be fooled by the photos!! This is by NO MEANS a HOTEL! It feels and looks like a bunch of motels that were bought and put together. There is a DISGUSTING CARPET IN the indoor pool. They advertised a swim-up bar in one of the 3 pools, but it doesn't exist. The staff just hang out in the parking lot, the front desk is beyond rude. If you want to use the outside pool and hot tub, it's locked! The in-room shower is tiny and held together with Duck tape with no pressure. Pillows are horrible. I am not sure who on Earth still thinks down pillows are comfortable, but other than that the hotel was great

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of September. Nice location, property, pool etc. Pool area was locked, but we were told they would open if we were interested. The only down side was that there were A LOT of steps around the area. I use a walker and I had to have my partner carry the walker down the stairs or I could have walked twice the distance to the only elevator that exits to the back parking lot, then walk around the hotel to the front.
