Sort of a boutique style hotel now ran by Hilton. Great location, exceptional service, nice rooms. My room was clean and comfortable with nice linens, towels and a comfortable bed/pillows. WiFi was incredibly slow. People will complain about the small rooms and old school bathrooms, but I like the vintage vibe and enjoy staying in places that have personality and aren’t US cookie cutter chains. Kind if Artsy, quirky, fun decorated. Compact rooms for sure but clean and well maintained. The staff is amazingly friendly and attentive. The Lincoln Park location was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. We had a wonderful stay.

The front desk Adrian with an accent I just got off the phone with him all I asked him was do we have any charges incurred in our room I want to make sure I'm getting my deposit back, and he kept saying it'll be 3 to 5 business days I said well can you just make sure that my balance is what it is he said well if you be quiet and listen to me and answer the questions I'm asking you. That was so rude so disrespectful we were displaced from our home because we had no heat and hot water

Stayed at the hotel for four nights and enjoyed the location, but was pretty disappointed with the extremely outdated rooms. The bathroom was INCREDIBLY small with zero counter space. There is one tiny ledge under the mirror and a small hook by the bath tub. The toilet looks like it belongs in a prison and the bathroom was dirty upon arrival: hair in the sink and trash on the floor. Back to 70s decor for the lobby , Unique . One petite elevator, scary if that went out⚒️. . If they could add bathroom fans to the rooms when they renovate maybe the wall paper would stop coming off the walls. Bed was comfortable and the hvac unit struggled to keep room comfortable. The cleaning and maintenance have their hands full to keep the hotel clean and updated. Go team!! The front desk staff seem to enjoy their career and try to be helpful.
