The front desk employee, Mr. Jesus was welcoming, professional, and courteous. The rooms are clean and well maintained, the water in the pool was clear. They have onsite parking available at a reasonable price for the area. The food at the restaurant was great. It is a really nice boutique hotel. Our family had a great experience and we will definitely be coming back.

A great hotel and amazing staff. The neighbors were pretty annoying, but I was offered a room change when I told the front desk. I didn't take it since I was leaving early, and I had no problems leaving early. I wasn't charged for the days I didn't stay. My only real complaint about the hotel is that there are no microwaves in the rooms, but the staff there are more than helpful when it comes to heating up your food. There are no bugs and a nice pool area too, as well as private parking. Definitely would be glad to come back... read more

We had a great stay (once again) at Hotel Trouvail. Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Isabella at the front desk went above to make us feel welcome and take care of us. The hidden pool amongst the Florida greenery, close to the beach, great breakfast!

Front desk personnel, Flo, was great, and provided valuable information and Eric and Francisco/Cisco were excellent in their bar service; every meal was delicious from the kitchen. We did find a few problems though; when registering, the website showed that these items were included, but there were none: robes, extra chairs for the balcony, mini-bar with assorted snacks, and bikes for use. The new owners need to update the website. Also, on a couple of occasions, the bar lacked supplies to make their custom hotel drinks. ... read more

My partner and I scored a room in this cute little hotel while we were in Miami for a wedding, and we were treated so superbly from booking to checkout, I had to leave a review. Angel was a saint while booking, Nikki & Elijah behind the bar treated us like old friends, Eric was lovely during breakfast, and Flo was wonderful during the checkout. The pool is warm and well kept, you’re a short walk to south beach, and the neighbourhood is beautiful. Would only stay here if ever in Miami again.
