Will never stay here again. They have no control over anything and it can be expensive. We were mistaken for another Danish couple, father and son. We got their room, but they also got a key, and came in to the room, while we were staying there. The next day it was fixed by the hotel. However, we ended up paying for their parking. We have tried to get the money back from the hotel, but they say there was no mistake. Now they won't answer us. Stay away from this hotel. They are thieves.

The ac went out and they didn’t seem to care much. I did get to stay in a different room with a roll away bed and asked for compensation. Our last night there we were in our original room and ac went out again. No accommodations have been offered and I have a strange charge pending when ai did not make any purchases while there as their bar was closed most of the time.

My deposit hasn’t been refunded. The hotel claims it has been processed but has not provided any confirmation of the refund. Based on online reviews, this appears to be a recurring issue with the hotel.
