We reserved a room here for a quick getaway for me and my husband. First of all "Hotel" is a lie! It is a MOTEL, like a renovated Motel 6. The person behind the counter sat there, arguing with me about the completely false advertising. It says they have room service, nope. The lobby was small and dank. The desk clerk rudely told us "You don't have to stay here!" And we DIDN'T! Plus they wanted a $200 deposit on top of the ridiculous $179 they were charging for a room on a Thursday night. I stayed here for 4 nights and my stay was flawless. The room was serviced everyday and there was a simple breakfast(toast,eggs, coffee) every morning. It is an old property so if you have issues with bugs or something not working, then do let the front desk know and they will provide a different room. The location is amazing. You will be in DC in 10mins. I will always book here every time I’m in DC.

Value for money is amazing. Check the location right next to the Pentagon for this price. I don't know how it was in the past but we got a very clean room, no bugs or anything. Some stuff recently refurbished. Yes, maybe a little old bathroom not like in a hotel but have you been to motels before?! I slept so well here. No surprise towing or loud noises, just a good night's rest. Staff was very friendly. Light didn't work cause a bulb was too old and they fixed it stat. I am a Bonvoy and Honors member among others. With high rankings in both programs My work results in stays at hotels more than my own house. That being said this is a nice hotel. The Location is good. The rooms are big. They are clean and the decore is nice. I like the old Dc feel that this hotel offers . Its unique. The beds and pillows are comfortable. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE REGRET EVER WALKING IN. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MOTEL. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had. The motel itself was already in awful condition — paper-thin walls, constant noise, uncomfortable beds, and even bedbugs.
