Absolutely horrendous place. Staff were rude and not accommodating at all. Our safe did not work and they said they would fix it, but no one even bothered to sort it. So all of our valuables were at risk. Room was so dirty, hairs, cockroaches, and smelt like mould. All of the appliances were so old and run down. Tv did not work. When I complained to the receptionist about the cockroach in the room he did not care at all, just brushed it off and only got what felt like an insincere apology. Absolutely terrible. I only stayed here because my friends were the following night, and they charged me three hundred dollars for a solo room for one night. It's built like a motel and the lock on my room hardly worked. In fact, it had a motel-style deadbolt. Ridiculous. Furthermore, there were several cockroaches in my shower. I stayed here recently and was disappointed with a few key issues. The breakfast area closes strictly at 9:00 AM, but staff closes the door beofre 9. Even if you go by 8:58 AM, they wouldn’t even let me refill my plate. With only one person refilling items, it creates unnecessary delays and guests get even less time. The bathroom faucets were also problematic—hot and cold water knobs came off easily, and it was nearly impossible to get a comfortable temperature.
