Hotel Paso Del Norte is a beautifully restored 1912 landmark in a great downtown El Paso location. Service was warm and personal—staff upgraded me to a suite ahead of check-in and honored a last-minute Your24 request. Airport transfer was above expectations: arrival via Mercedes Sprinter shuttle, and my return to the airport was in a private Escalade—no extra charge. (Note: both rides must be reserved in advance.) Nice hotel. All the employees that I encountered were great and smiling. I especially enjoyed my breakfast in the hotel. Great waiter and service. Food was excellent. However, i did not enjoy the music they played! Seems like too small a matter to mention, but it was loud and obnoxious music; take a look at your clientele…what’s the average age? I love this location. Love this property. Love this hotel staff from front doors to the front desk and everyone in between. Wonderful downtown location. Two fantastic in-house restaurants. Love my studio suite up on a high floor with three windows and two different views. Can’t say enough about my stay here really enjoyed it. Thank you so much everybody
This is definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve been in. From the lobby, to the restaurants, all the way to the room everything was very impressive. Felt like a classy and professional environment. This hotel easily has one of the nicest gyms I’ve seen. Very impressive so if you’re a gym rat you’ll be happy. Nice locations with lots of things to do for both food and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.
