The rooms are always clean and well maintained. Customer service is very accommodating and friendly. It is in an extremely convenient location for visits to Stanford hospital. For something affordable, clean, convenient, and simple, you really won't find anything better in the area.

Community Plunger ??? The tub didn’t hold water and the toilet didn’t drain. This place was …. I guess as its rating states. 2 ⭐️s. The place has old TVs and advertised via pics that they had breakfast. They Don’t !! A lady at the desk told me to call back in 5 minutes so she could figure out the bathtub drain issue. When I called back , 5 mins later, she had gone home. The place is close to Stanford hospital and a Starbucks . So I guess it’s not too bad. $4 to park and $30 for early check in.

Location to Stanford university is good. You can use bus number 22/522 to reach from Palo alto. Room service iam bit disappointed. Need to improve.

This is not a real hotel with even the most basic services and courtesies. It's worse than the cheapest motels. There is nobody on site as side from a third party cleaning service that is there to turn rooms over between stays. Other than that it is a crappy room with not much more than a bed, shower and toilet. Only stay here when absolutely every other option is exhausted. It's a joke.

Quite decent room and good quality akkoraccording to the price. Very friendly stuff. They help you out with anything you need. Rooms are clean and daily service is available if you need it. Otherwise they will clean the room every 3 days. What was totally okay for me.
