Lobby makes a lovely impression, and check in was easy. They were even able to check me in a couple hours early. The staff was warm and welcoming. Excellent service, with a text line if I needed anything. The room was comfy, had everything but a coffee maker. The cleaning staff did outstanding work. Easy walk to the Moscone Center for a conference, a 10-15 min walk. All in all, I don’t plan to stay anywhere else in SF.
Stayed for a conference so I can’t comment of “value for money” as I’m not sure what was paid, but I can say the hotel is well managed, high cleanliness, courteous staff. I think for most people in the USA the beds would be fine. You can’t go wrong staying at Hotel Nikko.
Best Hotel to stay in! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and view I loved. Hot tub Sauna and Steam room and let's not forget the workout room has everything I needed. This is top tier hotel will definitely be coming back

But what truly stood out was the excellent service from Royce Contreras at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind throughout my stay. He made everything smooth and welcoming. Thank you for such great hospitality!
Great location and stylish hotel The location is excellent—just a short walk to Union Square. I was a bit concerned about safety before arriving, but it turned out to be totally fine. The hotel itself is nicely designed, with a thoughtful and modern aesthetic that I really liked. The room even had a bathtub, which made the stay extra comfortable. A couple of downsides: they charge a $39 daily amenities fee, which I didn’t end up using at all—it felt a bit like a forced add-on. Also, the elevators don’t require a key card t... read more
