Located in the heart of downtown Santa Rosa, this hotel has been nicely renovated. Valet parking was available for $21, lower in my experience than most hotels charge. The hotel is functional and clean, and staff were always friendly and helpful. We chose a Premium King room and were offered a corner room on the 4th floor. 10/24/2025 We choose this hotel because it was conveniently located a few miles from the Santa Rosa Fairgrounds where the Junk Expo 2025 was being held. LOCATION Downtown Santa Rosa - It was close to the night life, with a little life of their own in the lobby. There was music playing upon arrival and a few patrons happily drinking wine and conversating. They do NOT have their own parking lot, rather shared with the rest of the downtown area. My wife and I took a 5 week road trip. This was our favorite hotel by far! The front desk is staffed by amazing people. The rooms are converted offices with great views of the downtown center and park. Fantastic dining within 3 blocks in any direction. Perfect hotel for work or vacation.
This hotel was great! They had oat milk for coffee in the morning which you could probably use for cereal too for a vegan breakfast. Location is great, overnight parking is free until 9 and there’s a lot near by. Rooms are pretty big and comfortable and the aesthetic is very nice. Overall good value for money too.
Centrally located but rooms are small, and traffic noise is wild, even on the 4th floor. Windows are entirely inadequate. Can’t imagine what it would be like on a lower floor. It’s clean, and the wine bar is ok (why no Rose is beyond understanding). Overall, can’t recommend if you want a quiet place to sleep.
