Amazing customer service with very friendly and attentive staff. Mr. Alan was especially kind. He valet parked our car and made sure we had water waiting for us, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in process was easy and smooth, the rooms were clean, and breakfast service was excellent. Restaurants and everything we needed were close by, making the location very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

This review is for service alone as, unfortunately, I have not yet had a chance to stay at this wonderful hotel. I had reservations for 2 rooms through Booking.Com this weekend. Due to a small emergency, I needed to cancel and was one day past the cancellation policy. I took my chances and called the hotel directly. I was lucky enough to talk to Ingrid, who not only was able to get this handled for me, but did so with compassion and caring with regards to my emergency reason. I admit I’m a little bit of germ freak, and I always feel a little uncomfy in hotels where signs of the person in my room before me are still around. Not at Hotel E! Genuinely the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is excellent, the building is charming, it was really quiet at night in the hotel (there was some traffic noise through the closed windows), and the staff were really kind and helpful and willing to chat. Will return!

Wonderful experience staying here! Only spent one night, but will definitely come back in the future for work and personal events. Very clean, great and friendly staff, fantastic and central location, wonderful wine bar, etc. The list could go on! Thank you for a great time 😸 - Diana P.

My wife and I took a 5 week road trip. This was our favorite hotel by far! The front desk is staffed by amazing people. The rooms are converted offices with great views of the downtown center and park. Fantastic dining within 3 blocks in any direction. Perfect hotel for work or vacation.
