What an amazing group of people at Hotel E! The staff went above and beyond to help make our friends' wedding night truly magical ✨️ Our friends were visiting from out of town to get married here in Santa Rosa, and the hotel staff made everything feel so special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, let us decorate the room ahead of time, provided extra ice for our drink bucket, and even extra towels to create a fun, thoughtful display! 10 out of 10! What a lovely hotel! The room was amazing, bed was cozy, bathroom and shower were spacious! All the hotel staff were kind and the valet parking made it super easy! One of the mornings there I had to leave at 545am, I let them know the night before, and my car was warmed up and parked out front waiting for me. Great downtown location with lots to do within walking distance!

Stayed one night. The room was clean and very comfortable. It's the staff that make this hotel though. They were absolutely lovely, nothng was too much trouble. The only criticism was that we had a room facing on to 3rd street, the traffic noise from the street was significant. We were surprised that a hotel of this quality doesn't have secondary glazing to cut down on the street noise. Such a shame.

In search of a place to stay and visit the Charles Schulz Museum, Bodega Bay and Point Reyes we landed on Hotel E. Anything we liked that was closer to the coast/bay stops we wanted to make were booked for our dates. We are glad to have stayed here and it worked for our group of 3. Parking was free for Sunday and the following Monday (holiday). The design of the hotel and pricing was lead in appeal. The hotel was so beautiful and charming. The area it’s located is perfect, there’s so many restaurants steps away. The staff were so helpful and kind. The front desk young woman was so accommodating and empathetic. I loved our room! It was so spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. It’s only 8 minutes away from the Charles Schulz Museum 🩷
