From the point of booking the reservation to finishing dinner, we had an exceptional experience! The atmosphere with the fireplace was warm and welcoming. The menu was nicely set with interesting and different choices, our meals were delightful. The service from the hostess and servers, to the kitchen staff in the open concept kitchen gave a feeling of family and warmth. We will definitely be returning & recommend Homefire Grill. Had supper here on October 3/25 and had the Sirloin steak supper and my wife had the steak sandwich and everything was perfect. The starter Caesar salad and bannock were totally awesome and our waitress Nicole went above and beyond to with the customer service! Thank you for a great dining experience and we will be back for sure Sincerely Johnny

Walking into Homefire the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. We were greeted right away by our server, no wait time went at 3:40pm for an early supper. Sat down was served right away, our server was very friendly young blonde lady. She was very informative and good at what she does. The steak salad I ordered was one of the best salads I have ever had. My husband had the meatloaf and their signature sauces were unique but oddly delicious. The place was super clean. Stopped by for lunch and everything was great but definitely on the pricier side. Had the chicken sandwich and the bison burger. Both were delicious however the chicken sandwich could have used a bit more sauce. I switched my fries to a regular poutine which was a $3 add on and totally worth it. Atmosphere and service was also really nice, we especially liked the fireplace in the middle.

I wanted to love this place so badly. I’ve been driving by it for many years hoping to finally give it a try. I ordered the basket of bannock, bison stew, and elk lasagna. The bannock was nice; not as great as other baked bannocks I’ve had as it was squishy and didn’t have that nice crisp exterior I love, but it was still good, especially served with the maple butter.
