The Homefire Grill in West Edmonton is the perfect spot on a snowy early spring evening. The warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with a central fireplace and a fire spit roasting chicken in the back, creates a cozy dining experience. They also have a fantastic pizza oven. Wife and I stopped in during a recent trip to Edmonton. Food was excellent, I had the elk lasagna - wife had the steak. Very happy with both and the bison spring rolls were awesome. Our server, Susan, was very friendly- knowledgeable, and passionate about the restaurant. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.
We took our friends out for his birthday and thought the restaurant was great. The choices on the menu were very interesting and the food was great. The birthday boy had the pizza, his wife had the pork, my wife had the salmon and I had the Bison stew! Everyone enjoyed their food so much. Our server was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place to others.
Excellent! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by a wonderful host - for starters, the restaurant is beautiful and has a beautiful ambience and the menu is absolutely delicious. The Bannock was so good, the seafood pasta is to die for and the bison spring rolls were excellent 👌🏽 - reminded me of how we make savoury samosas in Zimbabwe. The atmosphere is great. I love being seated near the fireplace. It’s toasty. Service was great. Had to return one of the steaks because it was undercooked as per our preference. They gladly and promptly replaced it. Moreover, we got our dessert for free to compensate us. We all ordered the 8 oz Sirloin Steak and Bannock Bread Pudding for dessert. Dinner was awesome.
