Trip started with Michelle and her warm and smiling face at check-in… What a perfect person to represent your brand and be the face of your brand! She is kind, professional, and the perfect start to our couple days’ getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, and Annette and Ari were just darling. My family and I just spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn and we couldn’t have had a more rewarding and pleasant stay. The staff is incredible- they made us feel at home and were more than accommodating which goes a long with with 2 children under 2. Terri and Ari and the rest of the breakfast team made a great start to our day. And Cheri at the front desk helped us switch into an Oceanside room. Trip started with Mr Stephen at the front desk he was AMAZING . During our last day Terri & Annette were very helpful, they stopped and assisted me with my kids. Gave them coloring material, the chef on the last day even gave my babies brownies for the road. I will be coming back when I am done with my internship. Great job staff. I had a few issues with my room but staff was quick to fix it

The rooms were fine. They were clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean. At this place, it was the service that made a difference! Had a wonderful 3-night stay. Was visiting for a retreat held at the hotel. Had great service in the Saltaire restaurant. Terry and Annette were friendly and welcoming during the buffet breakfast service. Gov and Sharon at the bar made sure that our drinks were full and were also incredibly friendly. The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect! I loved having a nice, large restaurant right there for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet was good but the service was amazing! Annette took care of us and she was so attentive. She was so great with my young kids, they loved her! She really made us feel like we’re at home :)
