My wife and I leave in the morning. But the week we've spent here has been amazing. The staff we've encountered were always friendly and polite. We opted out of housekeeping since we've been here so long, but bumped into staff in the hall and they always asked if we needed anything. Aside from the planned activities during the day on the pool deck, its been quiet and comfortable. We only stayed one night but I was thoroughly impressed. The breakfast was great and our server, Annette was the BEST! She was very attentive and spoke to my 3 and 4 year old granddaughters and spent a minute actually listening to them. On the way out the 4 year old recognized above and beyond service by saying “that lady was very nice”. ❤️an appreciative grandmother ❤️

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The service was impeccable! Danielle the lady that check us in was especially helpful and kind. We were promised a room with an ocean view but when we arrived we were sent to a room that had a view of the parking lot. Upon going back to the front desk and explaining what we were promised Danielle gave us the upgrade with such grace and kindness. That is what Holiday Inn should have at all their hotels. The purpose of this vacation was for my family to come to the beach for a vacation being that we are in the hospital every other week as my 3 year old undergoes Chemo Treatments. He had scans the following week so really just wanted to get him away enjoy the beach. Loving this getaway! Terri and Annette are awesome. Their service is great. The Oceanfront room with balcony is well worth the investment. So far there's everything we need without overdoing it. Would definitely return and recommend.
