We just hosted a conference for 45 people at this hospitable hotel. Everyone loved their stay! I can’t thank Lesley enough for being our point person and making all the arrangements accurate and easy. She has years of experience and has excellent ideas and suggestions. I can’t say enough about our experience with our server for the breakfast. Annette Terri went over and beyond for us. I have two small children so if you’re a parent you know how important and helpful it is to have a great experience with a server. Food was yummy, happy kids happy mommy! She was super nice and fast! Thank u so much Annette if you are reading this! Also when checking in Michelle was the BEST! Clean rooms, beautiful view.

We have enjoyed everything about this IGH property in Surfside Beach, SC. The ocean front room has a spectacular view of the Atlantic! Our breakfast option was a win. Great food and the service is excellent. The staff has been fantastic with anything we asked of them. Our TV had to be switched out and they promptly sent a new one to our room. We plan to return again.

I had an excellent experience at the Holiday Inn Resort, thanks to our waitresses (Annette & Terri) who provided truly superb service. They both were attentive, friendly, and made sure our table was well taken care of from start to finish. Trip started with Michelle and her warm and smiling face at check-in… What a perfect person to represent your brand and be the face of your brand! She is kind, professional, and the perfect start to our couple days’ getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, and Annette and Ari were just darling.
