The rooms were fine. They were clean and had gorgeous views of the ocean. At this place, it was the service that made a difference! Had a wonderful 3-night stay. Was visiting for a retreat held at the hotel. Had great service in the Saltaire restaurant. Terry and Annette were friendly and welcoming during the buffet breakfast service. Gov and Sharon at the bar made sure that our drinks were full and were also incredibly friendly. After coming here for 8 years in a row, we absolutely love it here. The view is spectacular especially this time of year. The crowd’s are low and it’s so peaceful. The staff is exceptional. We look forward to always seeing Steve at the front desk. Annette and Terry take great care of us in the restaurant. Surprisingly they are 2 northerners providing superb southern hospitality.

Staying at Holiday Inn Resort Oceanfront was a fantastic experience, and I'm especially grateful to the staff for their outstanding service. A special shout-out to Danielle at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful when I needed to change my room. Danielle was empathetic and understanding, and she handled my request with incredible speed and professionalism. Annette was outstanding as our server in the indoor restaurant—attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Michelle at the front desk was phenomenal as well, going above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety, though a few upgrades to the hotel would make it even better. What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and professionalism. Their excellent service more than made up for any small shortcomings. ✨ Overall: 9/10 — Would definitely return!

Bar and restaurant very well staffed . Annette was our breakfast server every morning. Attentive and friendly. Bartending and restaurant staff great too . This holiday Inn is a wonderful location. Beach and pool is your back yard . Rooms could use an update , otherwise fabulous get away !
