The hotel has a comfortable atmosphere with friendly staff that made check-in a breeze. I enjoyed the clean rooms and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, but the Wi-Fi was frustratingly slow during my stay. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

Checked into room 206 and it smells like an ash tray! Smells like someone smoked 10 packs of cigarettes! Bed feels like it's going to collapse if you move. The room had hair on the toilet and shower. The front desk said there was no other rooms available but did say he would up grade my room for tomorrow night so we will see if that happens. The restaurant staff was amazing! Made the night better.

Not a fan of the rooms BUT they were clean and comfortable. The in house dining is great. Family friendly. The only issue is that the rooms have no exterior windows, just windows out onto the hallway, so you have to leave shades down. A good place for a short stay.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Plainview–Long Island for business travel and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to the outstanding service at the front desk. The hotel has been nicely renovated, and our room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived very early, fully aware that our room wouldn’t be ready yet, but Francisco at the reception area went above and beyond to accommodate us as best as possible. I shouldve looked closer at the pictures to see this was more of a motel room than a hotel. It was very coldly laid out and decorated. I did appreciate it overall was safe and clean feeling and the staff there was pleasant. I did also appreciate there was a coffee station in the lobby. The microwave and fridge were nice to have and clean. But the room didn't have a window for light, only a creepy window that opened up into the public hallway.
