Stayed here for the night because our Delta flight was canceled and they put us up. Really fantastic and friendly front desk staff who gave us a room in the quiet section of the hotel. Also a great bartender who served up some good drinks and food when we needed it most after a long day of canceled flights and delays! Would definitely stay here again
I had great customer service experience with Lydia, who gave me missing toiletries I forgot to bring. The room was spacious. They used Dove products. The bartenders were really nice. 20 miles to Jones Beach Theater.
I was delightfully surprised with this stay. The customer service was really good; the entire team, but especially SAGE, was welcoming, inviting, and very helpful. My room did smell of smoke and I found strands of hair on the bathroom floor, so I gave the rooms a 3-star rating. I do have 4-5 star hotel taste, but in this class of hotel I anticipated this. Nevertheless, for the price and location and in comparison to a Hilton nearby, I would stay here again. My brother stayed here too, and his room had no hair or smell. This ... read more
Rooms were a little outdated, but they're honestly clean for a three star hotel, free parking, right off the highway, you have to pay for breakfast, which I didn't bc it was way too much, free coffee in the lobby. The worst thing during our one night stay was that they had the AC turned off (heat only), according to their receptionist when it was 76 degrees outside, so it was steaming hot in the rooms. Stopped in for a drink with a friend. They had this wonderful DJ working there. DJ Scott kept everyone on the dance floor. Music was great. Popcorn was good, too. Location is right off the LIE.
