The guy that checked us in (forgot to grab his name but he was in his early 30’s with super nice eyes) was the friendliest front desk person i’ve ever met. he asked us if we were celebrating anything & we told him it was our birthday week. After checking our id’s he gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate! the rooms were clean, room service was friendly, pool was nice, outdoor bar was nice and the hotel is steps from the beach. definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

My kids and I just spent two nights here to attend a basketball tournament at the convention center in OCMD. We would definitely come here again! The lobby was inviting and clean, the staff was welcoming, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was a decent size and clean, we had two queen beds, a pull out sofa bed in our room with a full kitchen. Your experience will depend on if you get a renovated room or not - there needs to be a way to select when booking. The website pictures renovated rooms, but many rooms do not look like that. Old rooms are disgusting, smell like stale smoke, black stain the tub, dirty carpet, broken furniture and super uncomfortable bed. They look like you are in a roadside motel. On the water front the location is excellent. But the rooms are exceptional with its size and the amenities. Fridge, stove, microwave and coffee machine. Two large queen beds ITS SPACIOUS. They have an Italian restaurant called touch of Italy that is really unique. Deserves a separate review as it’s a 5 stars restaurant and service.

The staff is amazing. Dionte went above and beyond to help me and Millie. Everyone was just spectacular. Do whatever you can to keep them. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The building is a bit aged and shows some normal wear and tear. I would stay here again just to enjoy the swim up bar at the pool and be pampered by the staff. Put most high dollar hotels to shame.
