I had forgotten how good this chain is. This hotel offered great amenities such as an indoor pool, an evening reception with craft beer and wine, free parking and internet, no resort fees, and a huge,hot breakfast with freshly ground coffee. This hotel has been recently renovated, so the rooms were perfect. But the best part of this hotel was the staff. You can tell the management treats them well because they all seem happy. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Paso Robles. The location is very convenient — easy access to the freeway and just 5 minutes from downtown Paso Robles, plus only about 20 minutes from the wineries. The hotel was super neat, clean, and quiet, which made our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was great, and the staff attending that area were kind and extremely attentive. Excellent service and friendly staff. Spacious dinning hall with big screen tv to watch sports or if you got dinner or lunch to go just go back and eat in the dinning hall. All you can drink coffee, tea and hot chocolate for the guests. And it's good coffee. Even the decaf was flavorful.

The lobby and the rooms were recently updated and quite nice. The first evening we arrived after 9pm and had to wait for someone to come to the desk, but the other staff were quite nice and helpful as we ran into them . The 3rd floor was very quiet and the breakfast was always full and ready for guests. Would definitely stay at that location bàsed on all the things we did in Paso Robles.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Paso Robles as a family of four with two small children and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The beds were very comfortable, the heating and air conditioning worked perfectly, the elevators were quick, and everything throughout the hotel was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made us feel taken care of the whole time. A huge highlight for us was the breakfast area.
