On a lengthy stay and have enjoyed my stay for the most part. The pool is clean staff is pleasant. I'm out of town and look forward to the breakfast and it's great if you like sausage, turkey sausage, link sausage, patty sausage, sausage gravy. It's great if you can eat sausage, which I can't. Pancake machine was down so I ran down the street. I spilled some food on my sheets and after 3 days I let house keeping in, to have them put the dirty sheets back on so I washed them in the guest laundry myself. It's great for a 1 or... read more

Right off the freeway, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was great for what I paid for, 4 adults and 1 kid fit in a 2 bed pull out couch room. Only issue was there were no pancakes/waffles and bacon in the complimentary morning breakfast. The pancake waffle maker was down and bacon was not an option

Just stayed there. One night. Three kids one adult plus a small dog. Casey and Vince helped get us our room and both were very professional , kind and helpful. Employees are well dressed and first appearance is very clean! There is also a pizza place with games for kids next door. Overall, I give it a full 5 stars. The pool was small but big enough and very nice. Warm. Nice hot tub. There was only one other person in there when we swam and we saw nobody else the entire rest of the time. We stopped here on our way home from visiting San Diego. Front desk clerk Nate greeted us with a friendly smile. He was busy checking in a couple who arrived before us but he made sure to acknowledge us when we entered the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of food to choose from. I give this hotel a 10+and

Nate was amazing! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcome with his friendly attitude and top-notch service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. The Holiday Inn itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay—but Nate really made the experience special. Big thanks to him and the whole team!
