I have been here many of times for fire extinguisher 🧯 inspections and company Christmas party’s and company events. Every time I go in I’m always greeted with a friendly warm smile from the front desk employees. They have even been kind enough to show me the laundry room where they wash the linen and terry for the rooms. They have some cool washers and dryers and even an iron for the table linen and napkins. I have stayed here plenty of times Amanda and Caleb are the best! The entire staff always accommodates me. The hotel is always very clean for me especially the first and fourth floors. My favorite is the 4th floor executive rooms. I have never had a bad experience with them ever! I’m a traveler so I’ve seen the craziest things. This is Mrs Walker by the way! This was the WORST Hilton I have ever visited. The pool was freezing cold, there is no hot tub or sauna. There are no activities for kids. In fact, our kids were not even allowed to throw a tennis ball to each other in the parking lot. The front desk staff harassed our kids every time they walked in the lobby. Apparently, kids should be seen and not heard at this hotel. They host huge events that occupy all common areas and over serve party guests. Avoid this hotel, especially if you have kids.

have stayed at this hotel 2 times and it has been great. The staff are super helpful and let me check in early with no extra charge. The rooms are simple but nice and the cleaning staff are angels. Great location near the subway station. I always recommend people to stay at Hilton Wilmington/Christiana

I stayed here for the first time about a week and a half ago. The hotel was in a convenient location, and the main areas were well maintained. However, I stayed near the gym, and the door leading outside from the gym was left unlocked all night with no way to secure it. This made me feel uncomfortable since anyone could easily walk in from outside. Additionally, the tub had stains, so we weren’t able to take a shower.
