Although I was only here for a short business trip, I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated the large desk, which would have been perfect for working. The pools are great, with plenty of sun loungers. This was our first stay at this Hilton resort and I really wish it was better. Unfortunately this property offers zero Hilton Honors recognition for any status you may carry with Hilton. If you need water to refill your water bottles beware you only have one location and that’s in the lower level at the gym. I have Diamond status with Hilton and the two girls at the front desk begrudgingly gave my daughter and I two bottles of water and acted like they were doing us a favor. I don’t often find myself wanting to stay at a hotel and never leave, but that’s exactly the feeling you get at the Hilton Oak Brook Resort & Conference Center. From the moment you pull in, the grounds are absolutely immaculate. Everything is beautifully maintained, and once you step inside, the hotel is just as gorgeous. Very nice rooms, on 1st floor and have golf course view. Room is large, TV is large and has a guide for channels (many hotels don't) bed and pillows are comfortable, room clean, easy and fast checkin, Jeffery was friendly and very helpful. Bath room is ok, little tight around toilet right next to tub, but shower roomy and clean. Breakfast was included and not a buffet, they have a nice restaurant, parking is OK large outdoor area, garage would ruin the atmosphere.
