Our stay at H2O Suites Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great experience. The pool and bar area were absolutely perfect. We loved everything about the H2O Suites. It may not be The Four Seasons 5 Star but it's the best in Key West. Great rooms, complimentary drinks every day at the pool, free snacks (muffins, ice cream) in the room, clean big rooms, a terrific pool on the third floor and a great location one block off Duval Street (but at the end away from the tourist crowds). The staff were all very friendly and worked hard, Winfred at the office, Janeen and Angie at the pool and a great group of friendly room maintenance/maids.

Me and my wife went for a getaway and it was really nice. There was a slight issue with our initial room and once we notified the desk they were able to switch us out very quickly. The room was very nice and the onsite staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay here for another visit! Also, to the desk clerk Winfield, thanks so much for helping us with the parking pass for our golf cart👍….

We arrived late as our plane was delayed getting to KW. I called to let them know and they were very accommodating, told us to take our time and the room would be ready when we arrived. They weren’t joking as we felt like royalty checking in and he even walked us to our room to swap out champagne for AF champagne. The flowers I had ordered were already set up and they even had 2 cupcakes & balloons delivered for her bday. Those cupcakes were delicious!!

This is our second stay at H20, and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. First, the staff is terrific. The people at the front are warm and helpful, and clearly love their island and want you to too. They greet you with champagne and send you off with a gift, you really feel appreciated as a guest. We adore Willfred, who always has a smile along with an idea or suggestion, often for a local gem like the delicious Cuban place he sent us to (El Siboney).
