I urgently need XML files. The sales staff are incompetent and not even qualified to transfer me to the billing department. I've tried contacting the accountants 24 times during business hours and they tell me they can't transfer me to billing because they only focus on sales. Terrible customer service!

Terrible, absolutely terrible service. The salespeople are incredibly unprofessional, they lie about the credit approval time, you call them to ask and they ignore you, they wash their hands of returning your deposit. It's been 8 days and they still haven't told me if my credit is approved or not??? All the other agencies tell you the same day, or at most the next day, because they're desperate to make a sale. My car was supposed to be delivered to my home today. The company I work for confirmed that it would arrive between 9 and 1 PM, but they haven't arrived or called at all. I've been calling your branch number, but no one answers on any of the menu options. I've been calling for an hour and no one ever picks up. What terrible service.
The advisor and the service are very good, but the way they verify electronic payments from companies is very slow; sometimes it takes more than three hours to check if the electronic or SPEI payment has been made.
