I URGENTLY NEED XML FILES, INCOMPETENT SALESMEN WHO ARE NOT EVEN GOOD AT PASSING ME TO THE BILLING AREA, ACCOUNTANTS 24 TIMES ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND THEY TELL ME THAT THEY CAN'T PASS ME TO THE BILLING AREA SINCE THEY ONLY DEDICATE THEMSELVES WITH SELLING. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

My car was supposed to be delivered to my home today. The company I work for confirmed that it would arrive between 9 and 1 PM, but they haven't arrived or called at all. I've been calling your branch number, but no one answers on any of the menu options. I've been calling for an hour and no one ever picks up. What terrible service.

Terrible, terrible service, very unprofessional sellers, they lie about the credit response time, you call them to ask and they ignore you, they wash their hands of it to return the separation, 8 days and they still haven't told me if my credit is authorized or not??? When all the agencies tell you on the same day or the next day at the latest because they want to sell, here they tell me that they send the paperwork to some part and that they haven't responded to them hahahaha I don't know what they're up to but that's not a... read more

The advisor and the service are very good, but the way they verify electronic payments from companies is very slow; sometimes it takes more than three hours to check if the electronic or SPEI payment has been made.
