We had a great stay, didn't even need the caveat of good for the price, it was just a great price AND a beautiful stay! Or room was clearly recently updated, and spotlessly clean. We knew going in the hot tub wasn't running, and figured that was part of the reason it was such a good deal. We found this place 3 years ago, we live a few hours away. But ever since we found this cute inn and fell in love with Gold Beach we come back around 3 times a year for birthdays and special trips. We've stayed in the hotel side and the rustic lodge side. The rooms are all perfectly fine. Clean, white, basic. Amazing stunning views. It's quiet. It's affordable. Disappointed in the false advertising by the website.. the room we booked (2 queen bed with kitchen) looked nothing like the photos online. I'm curious as to where those photos are coming from? Is it AI? Anyway - don't expect an updated room like the photos show. The room was clean enough for a one night stay. There was a large gap between the bottom of our door and the floor, so if someone wanted to, they could see inside our room from the outside. Didn't love that. Decent room for the price, good size, clean, older hotel with a decent kitchenette and laminated floors. Ocean view was wonderful! Rooms are pet friendly with a $25/ fee. Convenient to drive up and down the coast. Check out the totem, Double D Diner and Groundling Pizza while you're there.

The rooms are in what looks like 4 or 5 small properties now united into the Gold Beach Inn. There's a cute little path from out room to the office where breakfast is available. The units are older but in decent shape. We had a really nice pet-friendly room. The small kitchenette is a real plus. The ocean is really close, with access a few places on the property. We'd definitely stay here again.
