The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Norfolk. There are a many restaurants to choose from along with a small grocery store in close proximity to the hotel. Gorgeous spacious rooms. A very lively bar atmosphere starting around five pm or so. Beautiful glass sculptures everywhere in the lobby. Mr Greg at the front desk was amazing and very well spoken. Glass Light Hotel was such a beautiful experience. Beyond the stunning design and unique glass art, what truly stood out was the genuine hospitality. From the moment we arrived, every person we encountered—from the front desk, to valet, to the dining team—made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Beautiful historic hotel located in downtown Norfolk. The building maintains a continuous modern expansion while keeping significant historical details that blend the old with new without compromising comfort. The glass art is a nice touch throughout the hotel that adds an elevated feel. Our 5th floor corner room had a great view, was spacious, comfortable and exquisitely decorated in a minimalist design. My husband and I have been visiting this hotel for years, it is our absolute favorite. In our most recent visit, we had a bit of an issue with our room at first, but the team went above and beyond to make everything right.
