Kelly Sullivan was able to get my auto loan refinanced in a matter of two days!!! She was able to take 8 months off the life of the loan and lower my payment! She is AMAZING! UPDATE: changed my initial bad review - received a call from Keirra in marketing yesterday who, in response to my earlier review, personally helped me get access to my accounts, which I really appreciate.
