too slow. only opens 1l lane in drive thru and slow inside too

slowest staff. first in line in the drive thru and was still there for over 20 minutes. I have never had a good experience in their drive thru or inside. Update: Still the slowest bank I’ve ever used. Still wait 40 minutes in line with only ONE person ahead of you. You hit the call button to try to get ANYONES attention and no one answers. You call and no one answers.
The drive thru the last 2 months is seriously ridiculous! There will be 1 car in front of me and I’ll still wait 20-25 mins. Please get better help or train the people you have.
