They are amazing and worth it!!! I had called other places for a loan and no one took the time to guide me. Roxanne, was amazing, informative, patient and a blessing. She took the time to answer my questions and guide me through the process. I never experienced that with my own bank. I highly recommend Florida Credit Union, and hope you can request for Roxanne, because she is excellent in her job. I will definitely recommend Florida Credit Union.
The experience at Florida Credit Union is always a great one when you have exceptionally excellent tellers like Sue Ann ready to serve with a smile! Quan Smith has consistently assisted me as my teller in 9 out of 10 visits, demonstrating remarkable expertise and offering invaluable assistance on numerous occasions. It is a nice bank and in an easy to access location. Quan Smith has always been a huge help and is always very friendly and personable!
Ms. Roxanne was extremely helpful and made sure I understood everything and if she was not available let me know who to contact for assistance. She responded to all my questions and never made me feel like, it was a dumb question. Roxanne took the time to explain, and always responded to my emails in a timely manner.
