I applied for a simple refinance on a auto loan, my credit history is excellent credit score over 800, and the questions they asked was in line with applying for a mortgage lol absolutely insane, I should have read the reviews before I let them do a hard inquiry on my credit.and took over a week to get a response,
To put it bluntly, the worst experience i have ever had at any financial institution. After receiving a marketing letter offering me a bonus for opening an account. I drove to the branch & spent over an hour of my time, only to be given a hard time about my ID (A USA passport). The first employee was nice and professional. Absolutely disappointed with this bank. Called earlier today and wanted approved for a measley $10000 auto loan on a $12000 dollar cargo van with $5000 down and over $30000 in the bank with over 12 years of loyalty and 3 auto loans with no late payments and fully paid on all all loans. Parents bank here as well. Started signing paperwork and sent PO over and they ask is it for business and I stupidly replied honestly, eventually. When I am legally able. So they denied my claim. Pays to know your tellers! I typically go inside and never have any problems. Tonight the teller couldn’t even give me $5.00 bills for larger bills. He created one excuse after another.
Never calls back. It took 2 months and 2 weeks to get a mortgage and it went through 4 people to finally get a mortgage. It went from person to person with many excuses.
