To put it bluntly, the worst experience i have ever had at any financial institution. After receiving a marketing letter offering me a bonus for opening an account. I drove to the branch & spent over an hour of my time, only to be given a hard time about my ID (A USA passport). The first employee was nice and professional. After waiting for the branch manager to return from lunch. The branch manager was a stuck up condescending & unprofessional old lady. She was completely unhelpful!! Maybe she needs more fiber.... Pays to know your tellers! I typically go inside and never have any problems. Tonight the teller couldn’t even give me $5.00 bills for larger bills. He created one excuse after another.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Mary. Super helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Very grateful for that. The last experience I had at another location wasn’t exactly the same. Great job.

Mary Asher helped me today with my problem. She was extremely friendly,eager to help ,patient, and professional in her explanation. My issue was resolved in very little time. Her smile was genuine. I left her office with a smile on my face, too. She is the best employee I have dealt with in your branch.
