To put it bluntly, the worst experience i have ever had at any financial institution. After receiving a marketing letter offering me a bonus for opening an account. I drove to the branch & spent over an hour of my time, only to be given a hard time about my ID (A USA passport). The first employee was nice and professional. I'm a new member 😁 as for the service I've experienced, It went like this met Rose she sat in an office. She set up a representative account as I'm my daughter's payee for SSA. She didn't give me a welcome packet with pertinent information to help me move forward setting up the account and what not. She did not explain how their procedures are at the credit union such as there are restrictions on accounts until you are a year in with them. Kim was the representative/teller that have helped us several times. She always greets us with a smile and asks how can I help you today. Now she greets us by name. She takes care of my business in a friendly, business like way and always explains what she is doing. People like her are definitely an asset to any organization. There should be more like her in this branch.
Pays to know your tellers! I typically go inside and never have any problems. Tonight the teller couldn’t even give me $5.00 bills for larger bills. He created one excuse after another.
