I'm a new member 😁 as for the service I've experienced, It went like this met Rose she sat in an office. She set up a representative account as I'm my daughter's payee for SSA. She didn't give me a welcome packet with pertinent information to help me move forward setting up the account and what not. She did not explain how their procedures are at the credit union such as there are restrictions on accounts until you are a year in with them. Kim was the representative/teller that have helped us several times. She always greets us with a smile and asks how can I help you today. Now she greets us by name. She takes care of my business in a friendly, business like way and always explains what she is doing. People like her are definitely an asset to any organization. There should be more like her in this branch.
To put it bluntly, the worst experience i have ever had at any financial institution. After receiving a marketing letter offering me a bonus for opening an account. I drove to the branch & spent over an hour of my time, only to be given a hard time about my ID (A USA passport). The first employee was nice and professional. After waiting for the branch manager to return from lunch. The branch manager was a stuck up condescending & unprofessional old lady. She was completely unhelpful!! Maybe she needs more fiber.... Mary Asher helped me today with my problem. She was extremely friendly,eager to help ,patient, and professional in her explanation. My issue was resolved in very little time. Her smile was genuine. I left her office with a smile on my face, too. She is the best employee I have dealt with in your branch.
Mary welcomed us with a smile she was amazing and patient throughout the whole process of opening a new account we are new to Florida she was wonderful and explained everything that we need to know.
