Never, ever have I had a problem with FCU. I have been a member over 25 years at the Ocala office on East Silver Springs Blvd. and now Belleview and will remain a member. Everyone is friendly, know!edgable and nice. It is a pleasure to be a member. Keep up the good work FCU. and. Thank you.
Worse for customer service in our area. I hope other branches are better staffed and offer customer service. The loan officer Mary, never follows up. Worst experience in my 67 years. The Manager. Jeorgia Nordstrom did return my call but offered no help and only tried to defend an inadequate employee.
Awesome staff! The manager Kenya keeps a smile on her face and is always willing to assist. The girls at the teller window are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend the Belleview branch and staff.
My husband and I would love to give a WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY Tajiah Jones a GOLD STAR in Custom Service, I myself was in Banking for over 20 years up North, I wish we had someone like her at our bank, No matter whenever my husband and or I go to the bank if it's to see someone or to go to a Teller this young lady goes out of her way to acknowledge us.
