My husband and I would love to give a WONDERFUL YOUNG LADY Tajiah Jones a GOLD STAR in Custom Service, I myself was in Banking for over 20 years up North, I wish we had someone like her at our bank, No matter whenever my husband and or I go to the bank if it's to see someone or to go to a Teller this young lady goes out of her way to acknowledge us. She's very friendly and always smiling.I just felt like I just needed to let someone know how lucky they are to have this young lady. THANK YOU, STEVE AND STACY WHITTINGHAM.

Their atm is located in front of the drive through. Waited over 10 mins for the drive through to move it didn’t budge. There was only 2 cars in line. Got annoyed so I went inside to deposit the check waiting again longer than 5 mins at the window with only one person in line at another window The person had a snotty attitude that she couldn’t depute my check even with my debit card unless I filled out the transaction action slip even though i wanted it all deposited to the debit card. Never, ever have I had a problem with FCU. I have been a member over 25 years at the Ocala office on East Silver Springs Blvd. and now Belleview and will remain a member. Everyone is friendly, know!edgable and nice. It is a pleasure to be a member. Keep up the good work FCU. and. Thank you.

I'm sorry it is so dumb that my daughter cant make a payment for the families vehicle because her name is not on the loan.. SHE'S GIVING YOU MONEY TO PAY A BILL NOT TRYING TO CASH A CHECK.. I can't say in words just how stupid this is!

I have been using this Branch for years, I've never had an issue and service is always great and fast. I enjoy the Florida Credit Union and plan on using it for many years to come, Thank you.
