I have nothing but compliments from start to finish. I call and I get professional polite service, that can do everything I need. The Bank is clean neat tidy and the employees are dressed and act so friendly and professional, what a great experience. I have business loans and accounts, The service for all is the best service compared to the many other Banks I deal with. Florida Credit Union, you are doing it right, thank you.
I have been working with Florida credit union for about 5 years, I’ve always had good experiences with this bank. I would like to add I have had a very welcoming experience with the 7 mile drive branch in Wilwood. Since the first time I have visited that branch, I always have a welcoming and enthusiastic impression with the teller desk. Member services also helped me with an auto loan. I've been banking with FCU since 1/1/26 and it's been great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The only down side is the 6 month wait for remote deposits but overall a great financial institution. 👍👍

Went in to open an account for 6 figures. Computer was down. Was told to come back after the weekend. Called several times this morning, left message. No callback. Will take my money elsewhere.
