I refinanced my auto loan with Florida Credit Union, and TJ made the entire process exceptional! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable from start to finish. He was very transparent about everything, took his time to explain, and didn’t make me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with genuine care for their clients. Tj knocked it out of the park! I had a stressful situation with an out of town dealership and thomas was able to step in and restructure a loan to get me out of the dealerships contract. He was quick and efficient and broke down everything he did in a manner i could understand. He is a valuable member to your credit union and you are fortunate to have an employee with the skills, traits and work habits that Thomas Lofton has.
TJ has gone above and beyond from helping me with numerous things in my trying times. He’s very patient and doesn’t give up on any task until you are satisfied with the outcome. He’s a great asset to the FCU team. I highly recommend him when visiting the 43rd st branch. Thanks again TJ
